Learned State counsel submits that the commercial quantity of contraband has been recovered from right pocket of the petitioner, it being 304 grams of heroin and is in custody only for 10 months & 9 days, in view of which, his learned counsel prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage. 2.
