The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of allotment letter dated 19.02.2004 (Annexure P-13) being illegal, fraudulent and mala fide. Further, a writ in the nature of mandamus has been sought directing respondent No. 4-Deputy Commissioner, Faridabad to decide the representation dated 12.03.2016 (Annexure P-17) filed by the petitioners. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners inter alia submitted that in pursuance to the order dated 23.02.2016 (Annexure P-16) passed by this Court in CWP-3577-2016, the petitioners have submitted a representation dated 12.03.2016 (Annexure P-17), which is pending before respondent No. 4. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioners, perusing the present petition and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, we dispose of the present petition by directing respondent No. 4 to take a decision on the representation 12.03.2016 (Annexure P-17), in accordance with law by passing a speaking order and after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
