(ORAL) Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, after arguing for some time, seeks liberty of this Court for withdrawal of the writ petition to avail the remedy under Section 6 of the Wakf Act, 1995 and also challenge the mutation as per the provisions of Section 45 of the Punjab Land Revenue Act.

The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforementioned.
