ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioner herein, inter alia, seeks issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to release the salary of petitioner as per D.C rates vide letter dated 25.06.2021 (Annexure P-5) along with all benefits including EPF, CL, ESI etc, along with interest. 2.
Petitioner was appointed as Urdu Translator (Births & Deaths) at District Health and Welfare Society, Bhiwani on contractual basis from 03.07.2014 to 13.03.2015. His services were continued from time to time and he is still working on the same post. He was not paid salary since April, 2020 and therefore, he approached the competent authority. Thereafter, salaryw.e.f. 27.07.2020 to 31.03.2021 was released but full salary has not been released till date. 3.
Qua his aforesaid grievance, petitioner submitted representation dated 31.03.2022 (Annexure P-6),but the same has not been adverted till date. Hence the petition.

On advance service, learned State counsel appears and submits that a decision will be taken by competent authority, either way, on the pending representation dated 31.03.2022 (Annexure P-6). 5.
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner also seeks decision on the pending representation, as suggested by learned State counsel.

Given the nature of order being passed, there is no necessity to seek return by any of the respondents as no further proceedings and/or pleadings are required.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to look into the representation dated 31.03.2022 (Annexure P-6) of the petitioner and pass an administrative order, in accordance with law, within 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 8.
Disposed of accordingly.
