***** SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J (ORAL) The present appeal has been filed against the impugned order dated 18.05.2022/26.06.2022 passed by the Addl. Sessions Judge, Faridabad in regular bail filed by the appellant in FIR No.220 dated 26.10.2019 registered under Section 376 (2) (N), 384, 354D, 506 of IPC, Section 66-D, 66E, 67, 67A of I.T. Act, 2000 and Section 4 of SC/ST Act, 1989 at PS Women Police Station NIT Faridabad, District Faridabad.

On having perused the statement of the prosecutrix where she does not support the allegation of rape made in the FIR and that she had physical relationships with the accused-petitioner, which vents are later on, and the marriage could not be performed.

I find that the prima facie allegations as made in the FIR can not be ultimately true and in view of the above submissions, I am inclined to grant bail to the petitioner subject to furnishing of bail bond with a surety of Rs.20,000/- of the like amount.

Accordingly, the petitioner stands allowed.
