(ORAL) Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari for setting aside the letter dated 26.03.2014 issued by respondent No.3 and letter dated 24.07.2014 issued by respondent No.2 whereby request of the petitioner for issuance of eligibility certificate qua his disability attributable to service/disabled on duty, has been declined and letter dated 05.06.2014 issued by respondent No.4 whereby petitioner has been declared ineligible for LPG distributorship.

Learned counsel for respondent No.4 states that they are considering the case of the petitioner.
