(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for seeking quashing of FIR No.159 registered under Sections 445, 511, 506, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Shimlapuri, District Ludhiana alongwith with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 13.05.2025 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in terms of order dated 23.05.2025, the complainant is not forthcoming for getting his statements recorded. He thus prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition as and when so advised. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
