  Vide order dated 26.07.2022 passed by this Court, the appellant had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that pursuant to the order dated 26.07.2022 passed by this Court, the appellant has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from DSP Sajjan Kumar submits that the appellant has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.

In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present appeal is allowed and the order dated 26.07.2022 granting interim bail AMANDEEP GOSAIN 2023.08.24 16:35 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment
