The petitioners apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, has come up before this Court seeking bail 438 Cr.P.C.

Status report is taken on record.

At the very outset, by making reference to para 14 of the status report, state counsel submits that as of date petitioners have not been nominated as accused in the present FIR.

Given above, the present petition is disposed of and it is clarified that in case, the petitioner are arraigned as an accused in the said case, they be given atleast one week notice to avail appropriate remedy in accordance with law. Pending applications, if any, stand disposed of.
