Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the petitioner is the Special Power of Attorney holder of Harjit Kaur, who is the owner of the land. A copy of the said Special Power of Attorney dated 09.10.2019 has been annexed with the petition as Annexure P-1. A perusal of Annexure P-1 reveals that the same is not a registered document.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks some time to show as to how the present petition is maintainable on the basis of an unregistered power of attorney.

Adjourned to 09.11.2020."

Learned counsel for the petitioner has contended that the person, who had given the Special Power of Attorney to the petitioner i.e. Harjit Kaur, is in England and is unable to send the Special Power of YOGESH SHARMA 2020.12.08 09:07 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
