(Oral) Counsel for the U.T., Chandigarh submits that after completion of the prosecution evidence, even the statement of the accused/petitioner under Section 313 Cr.P.C., has been recorded. In view of the above, counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed of and some time bound direction be given to the trial Court to conclude the trial. Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of 04 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
