The petitioners have approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking quashing of impugned order dated 14.07.2014 (Annexure P-1 Colly.) passed by the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Faridabad whereby the claim of the petitioners for allotment of shop was rejected.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the instant petition, with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternative remedy by filing a civil suit. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

It shall, however, be open to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies, as may be available to them, in accordance with law.
