This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of appropriate directions to official respondents No. 1 to 3 to take appropriate legal action against the private respondent Nos. 4 to 10 in terms of the complaint dated 29.04.2025 with a further prayer to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of private respondents Nos. 4 to 10. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 29.04.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.2- Director General of Police (Punjab) Chandigarh against respondent Nos. 4 to 10 but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2Director General of Police (Punjab) Chandigarh to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Director General of Police (Punjab) Chandigarh to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated dated 29.04.2025 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
