The petitioner places reliance upon a communication dated 01.08.2013 (Annexure P-13) from the Estate Officer, HUDA, Karnal to the Administrator, HUDA, Panchkula.

Needless to add that the petitioner would be entitled to rely upon all the relevant factors including the said communication. 4.

The respondents have agreed to take a decision within 12 weeks of the receipt of the representation.
