Mr. Raman Sharma, counsel for Hindustan Petroleum Corporation submits that candidature of the petitioner was cancelled and from Group-1 he was shifted to Group-3. He was asked to offer alternative land in Group-3, however, he did not come forward. The Corporation has cancelled the site and it may be re-advertised in due course.
