The State counsel on instructions from HC Sewak Singh informed the Court that the petitioner who was granted interim bail vide order dated 26.7.2022 failed to comply with the directions given on that date by this Court. The State counsel further apprised the Court that the petitioner is declared as proclaimed person in an another case under Sections 379/382 IPC, which is registered in Police Station Sadar Sunam, District Patiala. The State counsel further submitted that the petitioner is also involved in some other cases under NDPS Act.
