(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the petitioner has been promoted and granted notional date of promotion as Mechanical Chargeman w.e.f. 13.09.2010 instead of 04.09.2013 i.e. the date on which his immediate junior, namely, Sapattar Singh was promoted as Mechanical Chargeman. The seniority of the petitioner as Mechanical Chargeman has also been assigned over and above his immediate junior as per order dated 28.02.2014 (Annexure R-2).
At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the necessary relief for fixation of pay and arrears has not been granted till date.
Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to file representation qua the above-said benefits after the order dated 28.02.2014 (Annexure R-2) to the respondents.
