(ORAL) Status-report, in compliance of the order dated 24.11.2021, (by way of the affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, SubDivision Garhshankar, Disrict Hoshiarpur) has been submitted in the Court today and the same is taken on the record. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition in view of the contents of Para No.5 of the status-report while further submitting that now, the petitioner would avail the appropriate, alternative and efficacious remedy, as may be permissible to her under law, to seek the redressal of her grievance, as canvassed in this petition.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn accordingly.
