This petition is filed for a direction to respondent Nos.1 to 3 for taking appropriate legal action for tracing his mother, namely, Harmohan Kaur, whose whereabouts are not known. However, the petitioner, at the first instance, has not approached the concerned authority i.e. the Police Station of his area for registration of the missing report of his mother. In view thereof, at this stage, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction that if a missing report is registered by the petitioner in the concerned Police Station, it shall be entertained by the concerned Station House Officer immediately and necessary action shall be taken in accordance with law.
