RAJIV NARAIN RAINA, J.(Oral) Concededly, this appeal is covered by the ratio of the decision of the Supreme Court in Singh Ram (D) through L.Rs. vs. Sheo Ram and others, 2014(4) RCR (Civil) 179 that only a mortgage is a mortgage and will remain always open to redemption.

Resultantly, the decree of the trial Court is restored and the appellate decree is set aside.

Disposed of accordingly.
