This is a petition under Sections 10 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for violation of the order dated 05.11.2024 passed in CWP-29786-2024. 2.
Learned State counsel on instructions from Sukhjinder Kaur Assistant, RD-1 Branch, Rural Development Office states that the charges have since been dropped and all the benefits have been released to the petitioner except for the leave encashment and gratuity, which would also be released within a period of two months from today. 3.
In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt petition and the same is accordingly disposed off.
