(Oral) By way of the instant petition, petitioners have approached this Court for issuance of writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus for seeking directions to official respondents to release the petitioners from the Safe House as the petitioners does not want to live in the Safe House however in compliance to order dated 29.04.2024 (Annexure P-4) passed by this Court they are not being released from Safe House.

Learned State counsel while referring to Paragraphs No.4 and 5 of the status report dated 03.07.2024, submits that vide order dated 06.06.2024 passed by Superintendent of Police, Nuh, the petitioners have been released from the safe house.
