The learned counsel representing the parties admit that the petitioner's appeal assailing the correctness of the order 29.03.2016 is pending before the Secretary to the Government of Punjab, Department of Education from the year 2016.

The learned State counsel submits that the same shall, positively, be decided within a period of two months from today. 3.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no further order is required to be passed in the writ petition. Hence, the present writ petition is disposed of.
