**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL , J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.58, dated 04.05.2024, under Sections 452, 451, 341, 506, 148, 149 IPC, 1860 registered at Police Station Cantonment, Amritsar. This Court vide order dated 11.06.2024 while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioners, subject to his joining the investigation.
