Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Petitioner joined as Clerk on 29.1.1992 and was promoted as Junior Assistant vide order dated 4.6.2005 in the Department of Revenue. It is submitted that petitioner was posted as Ahlmad to SDM Batala and vide order dated 30.6.2015 she was transferred to the post of Registration Clerk(Batala) in the office of Tehsildar. Thereafter she was transferred and posted as Reader to Tehsildar Batala vide order dated 2.5.2016 passed by the Deputy Commissioner, Gurdaspur. The grievance is against the order dated 30.6.2016 (P-4) passed by Deputy Commissioner,Gurdaspur whereby within a short span of two months she has been now transferred and posted as Ahlmad to SDM Batala and respondent no.3-Paramjit Singh, junior most Clerk posted as Reader to Tehsildar,Batala.

At the time of hearing,learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
