DEEPAK MANCHANDA, J.(ORAL) The petitioner has filed this criminal writ petition for issuance of directions to release the petitioner on parole for four weeks to attend the marriage of his daughter which is fixed for 27.6.2023. On 14.6.2023, notice of motion was issued.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the daughter of the petitioner is getting married and therefore, the petitioner be released on four weeks' parole. In support thereof, learned counsel has brought the attention of the Court to the Marriage Card annexed as Annexure P-1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to bear all the expenses.

Learned State counsel on instructions received from Resham Singh, Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Jail, Nuh does not dispute that the marriage of the daughter of the petitioner is fixed for 27.6.2023. 2023:PHHC:082489 CRWP-5962-2023 -2criminal and is involved in other cases and has also violated the parole conditions on previous occasions and therefore, he does not deserve any concession and the petition be dismissed.

Keeping in view the fact that the daughter of the petitioner is getting married which is scheduled for 27.6.2023, the petitioner is temporarily released for one day to attend the same in police custody, subject to deposit of expenses.

Resultantly, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 that the petitioner be temporarily released for one day to attend the marriage ceremony of his daughter at Village Nayabans, Tehsil Ganaur, District Sonepat, in police custody and he shall be brought back on 28.6.2023 by 12.00 noon. It is also made clear that keeping in view the past conduct of the petitioner as submitted by the learned State counsel, if the petitioner tries any overt-act, then the relief granted by this Court shall be ceased to be ineffective forthwith.
