**** HARNARESH SINGH GILL , J. (ORAL) Case is taken up for hearing through video conferencing. This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 to 4 to investigate the matter regarding the property in question.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Bhim Raj executed a transfer deed dated 08.7.2016 in favour of Dharam Pal registered with Sub Registrar, Dirba and the said property belongs to Dharamshala, Dirba. He further submits that the petitioner has moved a complaint to the Director General of Police, Punjab, Chandigarh and Senior Superintendent of Police, Sangrur dated 8.8.2020 but till date no action has been taken on the same.
