Present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a Mandamus, directing respondent No.2 to protect the life & liberty of petitioners and their family members, at the hands of official respondent No.3 as well as the private respondents.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel, on instructions from petitioners, submits that present petition be disposed off with liberty to approach the Police Authorities concerned, for redressal of their grievance.

Disposed off with the liberty aforesaid.
