(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.109 dated 04.06.2022, registered under Sections 379, 427, 447, 511, 148, 149 and 506 IPC, at Police Station Sadar Fazilka.
Vide order dated 26.07.2022 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Kewal Kumar, submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
As per the Office report, notice the respondent No.2 could not be issued for want of the process fee.

CRM-M-32025-2022 (O&M) -2Since, as per the learned State counsel, the petitioner has joined the investigation and not required for any further investigation, filing of the process fee and issuing notice to respondent No.2 is hereby dispensed with.
In view of the above, without commenting on the merits of the case, the present petition is allowed and the order dated 26.07.2022 granting interim bail to the petitioner, is made absolute, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
