Through this revision petition, the petitioner prays for issuance of the directions to the Family Court, S.B.S. Nagar, to decide the application dated 13.08.2020 for granting her the ad interim visitation rights to meet her children.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner has disclosed that the petition under Section 7 read with Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890 is pending for 11.09.2021.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, the present revision petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application before the Court where trial of the case is pending.
