**** RAMESHWAR SINGH MALIK J. (ORAL) Feeling aggrieved against the alleged inaction on the part of respondent authorities, petitioner has approached this Court, by way of instant writ petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus.

Learned counsel for the petitioner is not even aware as to what happened in the proceedings after 10.2.2014 when communication Annexure P-4 was issued.

When confronted with the fact that enquiry against respondent No.5 might have been concluded in her favour, he had no answer because he has not been instructed by the petitioner in this regard.
