This petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS for issuance of appropriate directions to official respondents No. 2 & 3 to investigate the case by constituting a special investigation team (SIT) of some higher officials the case bearing FIR No. 41 dated 14.03.2025 under Section 115(2), 333 of BNS registered at Police Station Jandiala District Amritsar. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 22.04.2025 (Annexure P-2) to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) against accused persons but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest. 3.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3- Senior Superintendent of Police, Amritsar (Rural) to consider and decide the representation/complaint dated 22.04.2025 (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
