(Oral) The petitioners, who are the deed writers under the general superintendence of the Inspector General of Registration, Punjab, made representations (Annexures P-1 and P-2) to the respondents. Since their representations were not being decided, the present petition has been filed in which, after notice, the respondents have filed their reply, stating therein that the representations of the petitioiners have been duly considered and new draft rules have been prepared, which are likely to be finalized soon. Counsel for the petitioners is satisfied with the stand taken by the respondents but it is submitted that a direction may be issued to the
