On 15.06.20223, the following order was passed : "The instant petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No. 28 dated 24.05.2023 registered under Sections 323, 324, 341 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Section 326, 34 of the Indian Penal Code added later on) at Police Station Patara, District Jalandhar Rural.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner inter alia contends that the allegations in question are as a result of a fist fight. The injury attracting Section 326 of the IPC occurred as a result of fist blow and the Kadah blow which is attributed to the petitioner who does not have any other criminal antecedents and that he is ready and willing to join investigation as and when required by the Investigating Agency.

List on 18.09.2023 for further consideration. In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to join investigation as and when so required by the Investigating Agency. In the event of petitioner joining investigation, he shall be admitted to interim bail by the arresting officer/investigating officer on furnishing of bail bonds by him to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer. The petitioner shall also abide by the conditions as specified under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. "

Mr. Dhanveer Singh, Advocate puts in appearance on behalf of the complainant and submits that the role of the petitioner is that he has caused grievous injuries with sharp edged weapon. 3.
On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent-State submits that the petitioner in pursuance of the above order (supra) has joined the investigation and cooperated with the investigation and is not required for any further investigation.

In view of the statement suffered by the learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Nirmal Singh, the above directions granting anticipatory bail vide order dated 15.06.20223, is made absolute. 5.
All pending application(s), if any, also disposed of, accordingly.
