*** AVNEESH JHINGAN, J (ORAL) The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

This is a petition for regular bail in FIR No. 258, dated 4th August, 2019, under Sections 307, 452 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 registered at Police Station Sohana, District SAS Nagar (Mohali). The present petition has been filed due to medical emergency. Learned counsel for the petitioner restrict his prayer to that right eye of the petitioner is swollen, the petitioner was taken to the Rajindra Hospital, Patiala but in CT Scan conducted medical condition could not be diagnosed and further medical investigation is required.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Burma Singh, submits that the petitioner is being given medical treatment and in future also will be provided the same. It is assured that he would be taken to the hospital and treatment would be provided as advised by the doctors'.
