Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has been transferred from the post of Civil Surgeon, Sri Muktsar Sahib to Principal Medical Officer, BBMB, Sundernagar, District Mandi, Himachal Pradesh without giving any option, while he is to retire on 31.10.2025 in violation of the State Transfer Policy. Moreover, no one has been transferred against the post that was held by him and additional charge has been given to some officer. 2.

Learned State counsel, on instructions from Dr. Hitinder Kaur, Director, Health and Family Welfare Punjab-respondent No.2, who is present in Court, states that the impugned order shall be withdrawn and passed afresh as per the aforesaid policy within a period of one month, which satisfies the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Disposed of accordingly.
