H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) A perusal of impugned order goes to show that since the petitioner has not been making the payment as such conditional warrants of arrest have been issued against him. There is nothing wrong with such order passed by the Court below. It comes out that petitioner wants to delay the payment of maintenance and its arrears to his wife and for that reason has filed the present petition. I do not see any reason to interfere with the impugned order by exercising the revisional jurisdiction.
