The present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed for quashing of FIR No.497 dated 25.05.2023, registered under Sections 148, 149, 323, 427 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (for short, 'IPC'), at Police Station Karnal Sadar, District Karnal, and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of compromise arrived at between the parties. 2.

Reply by way of affidavit dated 03.08.2023 of Nayab Singh, HPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Traffic, Karnal, has been filed on behalf of respondent No.1-State. The same is taken on record. 3.

Today also, there is no representation on behalf of respondents No.2 and 3.

In view of the report of the Trial Court, this Court does not find any ground to continue with the present petition any further and the same is dismissed.
