(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition is for directing the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for appointment as Junior Cycling Coach in terms of Advertisement No.11/2015 dated 01.12.2015 (Annexure P-1) and the Final Result Sheet dated 01.09.2022 (Annexure P-5). Learned counsel contends that the petitioner applied for and was placed at serial No.1 in the waiting list for the post of Junior Cycle Coach. He contends that notwithstanding that one of the selected candidates has chosen not to join the post, the offer of appointment is not being given to her. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to her grievance, the petitioner has already submitted a representation dated 27.01.

2025 (Annexure P-12) but the respondents have not taken any action thereupon and that she would be satisfied at this stage, in case respondents No.2 as well as 3 - Haryana Staff Selection Commission and Department of Sports and Youth Affairs, Haryana, are directed to consider and decide the SONIA BURA 2025.05.

CWP-14200-2025 representation dated 27.01.2025 (Annexure P-12) submitted by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in a time bound manner. Notice of motion.

Ms. Tanisha Peshawaria, DAG, Haryana accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and does not have any objection to the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner.

Accordingly, in view of the above; with the consent of the parties and without commenting anything on the merits of the case, the present petition is disposed of while directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 27.01.2025 (Annexure P-12) within a period of two months of the receipt of certified copy of this order and in case the claim of the petitioner is otherwise valid and acceptable, make an appropriate recommendation to respondent No.3, who shall thereafter take a further decision on the same and pass appropriate further orders within a period of next one month.
