(Oral) The petition has been filed to consider the petitioner's candidature for the post of TGT Sanskrit in response to advertisement 02/2023. The grievance is that the petitioner has teaching experience of working as TGT Sanskrit (C&V) on contract basis in a Government School, which has not been taken into consideration for awarding marks for experience under socioeconomic criteria. 2.

Learned State counsel, appearing on advance notice, contends that the Division Bench in LPA-1037-2023 titled Haryana Staff Selection Commission v Rahul and another, has quashed the policy of giving marks under the socio-economic criteria and experience for the recruitment in Government service. In terms of the law laid down the selection result was declared vide announcement dated 27.07.2024, Annexure P-5, only on the basis of written PAYAL 2025.05.21 18:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment

CWP-14462-2025 -2examination marks obtained by the candidates without giving any weightage for socio-economic criteria including experience. 3.

In view thereof, the petitioner cannot claim marks for experience under socio-economic criteria, which has been declared illegal by the Division Bench in the aforementioned judgment.
