##8 for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.47 dated 18.04.2025, under Sections 64 (2), 61 (2) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 registered at Police Station Mahilpur, District Hoshiarpur.

Learned counsel representing petitioner submits that in pursuance of order dated 05.06.2025 passed by Coordinate Bench, she has already joined the investigation and fully cooperated with the Investigating Agency. She is still ready to abide by the terms and conditions of bail order. It is pointed out that allegations of rape are against the co-accused Baljit Kumar.

petitioner was running a boutique where victim used to come to learn stitching work. MLR of the victim and her OPD slip showing medical conditions are also annexed. However, it is confirmed that petitioner joined investigation on 16.07.2025 and she is not required for any other purpose. 4.

I have considered the aforesaid factual position. Petitioner was granted interim bail by the Coordinate Bench vide order dated 05.06.2025 which runs as under:- "Short reply by way of an affidavit of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Sub Division, Garhshankar, District Hoshiarpur, has been filed with a copy thereof to the learned counsel representing the petitioner.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner inter alia contends that the alleged victim worked in the boutique of the petitioner merely for a period of 30-35 days and the victim never made any complaint to her. She submits that the father of the victim lodged complaint only when the alleged victim missed her menstrual cycle.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. Amit Kumar Goyal, Addl. AG, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the State. List on 06.08.2025.

In the meantime, in the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on interim bail subject to furnishing personal bonds and surety to the satisfaction of Arresting/Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon to do so and shall abide by the conditions as provided under Section 482(2) BNSS, 2023"

She has joined the investigation and not required for any other purpose.
