(Oral) The present writ petition is for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to count the work-charge service of husband of the petitioner followed by regular service till his death for the purpose of grant of retiral benefits and for revision of the pension of the petitioner's husband after granting him the benefit of work charge service and the pension and the gratuity. On the last date of hearing, respondent Nos. 1 and 2 were directed to communicate afresh with the Bank for the revised pension GAURAV ARORA 2016.02.29 10:45 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Today learned counsel appearing for respondent No. 1 and 2 has placed on record the communication sent to the Bank again vide memo dated 15.02.2016 regarding the revised payment of pension through Bank to DHBVN pensioner. He has further placed on record memo dated 24.09.2014 sent by the department to the State Bank of India, Main Branch, Hissar regarding revised payment of pension through Bank to DHBVN pensioner.

The photocopies of memo dated 15.02.2016 and 24.09.2014 have been given to learned counsel appearing for the Bank. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of by giving a direction to the Bank-respondent No. 3 to immediately release the revised pension of the petitioner, in accordance with memo dated 24.09.2014. This exercise shall be done within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
