Rishav Pandey v. State Council Of Education And ANR
VINOD KUMAR 2015.08.03 10:58 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
IN THE HIGH COURT OF PUNJAB AND HARYANA AT
CHANDIGARH CWP No.15026 of 2015 Date of decision:30.07.2015 Rishav Pandey
...Petitioner
Versus
State Council of Education Research and Training Punjab and another
...Respondents
CORAM: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Rakesh Kumar Jain
Present:
Mr. S.S.Salar, Advocate, for the petitioner.
***** Rakesh Kumar Jain, J.
The petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to award him the marks on the basis of correct answers to be decided from some expert and not on the basis of the wrong answer keys. There is no dispute that on the objections from the candidates, the answer key was revised and uploaded and after some more objections, the final answer key was published.
In view thereof, there is hardly any reason for this Court to issue a direction for correction of the answer key which has already been corrected twice.
Consequently, the present writ petition is dismissed being denuded of any merit.
