This is second petition for grant of regular bail pending trial in a criminal case arising from FIR No. 176 dated 28.11.2019, registered under Section 21 & 22 of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (hereinafter referred to as "the 1985 Act") at Police station Nahianwala, District Bathinda, Punjab.

As per the case of the prosecution, the petitioner was apprehended along with 1200 intoxicated tablets of Clovidol 100SR and 50 grams of heroin. The first petition (Criminal Misc. No. M-14201 of 2020) filed by the petitioner for grant of regular bail was dismissed on 19.06.2020. Keeping in view the aforesaid facts, no fresh ground for grant of regular bail to the petitioner is made out. Hence, the present petition is dismissed.
