Having given thoughtful consideration to the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner and going through impugned order, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same, it being passed on appreciation of various lease deeds of the near vicinity. There is no iota of contrary evidence to reduce the mesne profit fixed by the appellate court. Hence, instant petition is dismissed.
