**** JAISHREE THAKUR, J. (ORAL) The petitioner herein is aggrieved against the order dated 19.04.2017 (Annexure P-4) vide which the services of the petitioner have been suspended.

It is contended that the impugned suspension order is based on an FIR No. 31 dated 27.03.2017 under Sections 336, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Phull, District Bhatinda. In the said FIR, the petitioner has already been granted bail by this Court in CRM-M-12094 of 2017 on 04.05.2017. It is contended that the allegations in the FIR are such that would not arise out of any complaint pertaining to the petitioner.

I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner, however, in the instant case the legal remedy available with the petitioner is filing of appeal against the order of suspension, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the matter at this moment. It is expected that in case the petitioner files an appeal in accordance with the remedy available to him, the same be decided expeditiously by passing a speaking order in accordance with law within a Satyawan 2017.05.18 15:45 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court Chandigarh
