CRM-M-32208-2022 Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No. 0032 dated 21.02.2022 registered under Sections 304-B and 120-B IPC (Section 302 IPC alternative charge framed on 23.03.2023) at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur.

CRM-21427-2023 in/and CRM-M-32208-2022 -22023:PHHC:109482 At the very outset, learned counsel for the State submits that the instant petition has been rendered infructuous, as vide judgment dated 05.07.2023 passed by the learned trial Court in case bearing CIS No. SC:226 of 18.08.2022, CNR No. PBHO0100 5811 2022, titled as 'State vs. Jatinder Kumar and Tirath Kaur', arising out of case FIR No. 32 dated 21.02.2022 registered under Sections 304 B and 120 B IPC at Police Station Dasuya, District Hoshiarpur, the petitioner and her sonJatinder Kumar, have been acquitted. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid fact.

In view of the above, the instant petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
