(Oral) Learned counsel states that for the reliefs claimed in this writ petition the petitioners have got issued legal notice dated 28.06.2014 (Annexure P-3) and that at this stage they would be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.3 to decide the said legal notice within any reasonable time by passing a speaking order thereon.
I find this to be a fair request.
Resultantly this petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the legal notice (Annexure P-3) by passing a speaking order and in case the petitioners are found entitled to the reliefs claimed, to release the same to them within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
