Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No. 191 dated 13.10.2012, registered under Sections 420 & 120-B IPC at Police Station City Kharar, District Mohali.

Learned counsel representing the petitioners contended that FIR was registered in the year 2012 and the matter remained pending. The matter was inquired into by the Deputy Superintendent of Police and petitioners were found innocent. Subsequently, the police has presented challan in the Court and there is nothing against the petitioners. In view of above, present petition is not maintainable before this Court, at this stage and the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach the learned trial Court; take all the pleas before it and if, they are still aggrieved of any order having been passed against them, which is adverse in nature, they shall be at liberty to avail appropriate legal remedy.
