Petitioners have posed a challenge to order passed by State Information Commission whereby penalty was imposed on officials of the Corporation. Admittedly, information was already been supplied to respondent no. 3. The Commission imposed the penalty in view of inordinate delay in supplying the information. On due consideration of the matter, I feel that decision is within the ambit of section 20(1) of the Right to Information Act. No ground to interfere in writ jurisdiction is made out. Dismissed.
